FOR SCHOOLS
uSpeak gives your wellbeing team one place to receive, triage and resolve every bullying and behaviour incident. Your team controls the workflow, and every action is recorded from report to resolution.
Free for early-adopter schools during our pilot.
They differ by state, and schools are being forced to act. Getting it wrong is a serious matter, and knowing which incident crosses the line often depends on who happened to read it.
Every report gets a minimum severity before anyone opens it, and severity can be raised but not lowered. Cases that may trigger mandatory reporting obligations are flagged automatically, so the team can identify and prepare. Streamlining this further is first on our roadmap.
Schools are understaffed. Things come in verbally, by email, in the corridor, through three different staff members. Follow-up gets forgotten, and the same people keep chasing.
One intake for students, parents and staff, and one dashboard to work from. Acknowledge, investigate and resolve stays under the school's control, with each step on the case timeline so nothing relies on memory.
Real money goes into programs and workshops because educators want children to have a good chance, not because they want more clerical work. Reducing bullying is how that gets delivered.
uSpeak takes the chase and the re-telling out of the way, so the team spends less time reconstructing what happened and more time on the students the programs were built for.
General school platforms are built for attendance, grades and communication. They may record incidents, but they are not purpose-built for bullying management from raised to resolved. uSpeak brings intake, triage, response and oversight into one controlled workflow built specifically for bullying.

uSpeak sits alongside your existing wellbeing and child safe processes rather than replacing your judgement, your policies or your legal obligations. It makes sure nothing goes unnoticed and everything is recorded, and today it helps you identify and prepare. Making mandatory reporting itself less painful, including pre-filling the forms, is a direction we are building towards, not something uSpeak does yet.
uSpeak flags incidents that may require mandatory reporting. It does not submit reports to regulators on your behalf. School staff retain all legal reporting duties.
We'll walk you through how uSpeak fits your existing process, and what a pilot at your school would look like.
